Another day, another fantastic piece of advice…

Do not base the future of your career on what you see around you today because the agency business will have changed substantially in five years and if you aren’t prepared to change with it, you’ll end up in a ghetto.

Yep, got to agree with this one. When it comes to keeping up with consumer trends, changing business environments, emerging new media, and even fluid agency structures and job descriptions, advertising is the industry that does most of the running. So what are we saying? Don’t be afraid of changing the way you work, trying new things, and just basically getting your sleeves rolled up and getting stuck in.
