I’m not going to go on, and on, and on about it, but if you want to vote for wurk.net in the first ever Recruiting.Com awards, you can do here.

The only reason I’m mentioning it again, is because the first lot of nominations didn’t quite go according to plan, and they’ve had to start over.

Honest.

    Hey Barry.

Thanks for mentioning the Recruiting.com best blog awards. As I am sure you know, in spite of the initial problems we have had, Jobster is the premier sponsor and as a result of this, we will be giving a trip to Las Vegas for two. Also, Starbucks is giving each nominee (which includes you) a co0ffee card with 25 bucks on it and also, kennedy information is giving each category winner a free pass to one of their two shows next year worth $1200 a ticket.

There has been lots of great talk around the blogosphere about this and lots of updates on Recruiting.com including traffic to the blogs involved.

I apologize for the long comment but I took from your post and a couple of your comments that you were a little put off by the initial launch of the awards. Truth is, so was I. I think though, it has worked much better this way.

I hope we have redeemed ourselves in your eyes.

    Jason

Jason - sorry, not put off at all, just been really busy with the network to write anything substantial. I actually think what you’re doing is fantastic for the industry - and the fact that you’ve landed almost 20k of prizes for your first awards is testimony to that!
