The great names in selective perfumery, including Estée Lauder, Euroitalia, ITF, La Prairie, L’Oréal, Monarimport and Shiseido will go on stage on the occasion of Cosmoprof 2006.

Beauty On Stage at Cosmoprof will be held in Hall 18, inaugurated last year. Starting on Friday 7 April, and continuing for three consecutive days, p articipating perfumery and cosmetics brands will present latest innovations and trends on stage, one after another, with performances, events and guest stars, under the direction of Sergio Salerni – a renown designer and organiser of fashion events.

“The idea springs from an innovative interpretation of the exhibition space, transforming it into a stage-set in which the exhibition is also a display, a piece of show business, but primarily a means of communications with a capital C, aimed both at the trade and at the crucial end consumer, who is developing increasing immunity to being seduced and won over,” Cosmoporf organisers explain.

The performances will be broadcasted to the five continents by Fashion TV, the television channel most popular with fashion and luxury addicts. And a support campaign will ensure the initiative receives plenty of media coverage. Cosmoprof organisers also bet that the event will also attract interest from international visitors.
