No Pie Business
This story is a typical example of how you really need to check with your local government to find out what is and is not allowed for a home business. I know where I live that products cooked in home kitchens are not allowed to be sold as a regularl business. Many local governments require that food items that will be sold as a business be made in a commercial kitchen that has had regular health inspections.
