Another competition looking to discover young talents, and promoting and rewarding creativity and inventiveness is the parisian competition entitled The ARTS OF FASHION. One of the most prestigious student contests, its open to any student studying in Fashion or Design in the United States, during the academic year 2005-2006.

Fashion illustrations based around the theme Fashion – The Way to Express The Body & The Mind (La Mode – un moyen d’expression du corps et de l’esprit) must be submitted by the 26th of April.

The first 3 laureates will receive Awards and a Certification for their creative and original work based on themes chosen each year by the Paris organization. (Coherence with the theme, skills level, and art expressiveness). The first 10 laureates in the Fashion category and first 5 in the Accessory category will represent the United States for the Final of the 24th International Competition for Young Fashion Designers (Concours International des Jeunes Createurs de Mode – Paris) at the Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris on December 14, 2006.
