Each afternoon at 3 o’clock, I take a break. Most of the time I really don’t want to leave what I’m doing, but you have to admit… it’s not good to sit in one place for hours on end. And if you are busy, the hours get away from you. That can only lead to extremely stiff body parts. That’s why I decided that I needed a coffee break, just like everyone else! Just heading down to the kitchen to make a pot of coffee seems to be enough to loosen sore muscles and then I sit on the step for a half hour and watch the world go by. Being my own boss, if I want to take a half hour break… I can! ;)

And if you aren’t giving yourself this little luxury, you really don’t know what you are missing! I certainly didn’t!
