Entry Level Jobs

By Alison Doyle on July 27 2008

Sometimes, finding entry level jobs is difficult. Especially when you don’t have much experience and there is lots of competition for each and every job opening.  Most of the job sites geared to entry level candidates (like MonsterTrak, Experience, etc.) have job listings, which are helpful, of course.

It can be really useful though, to be able to review more information than just a job posting. One Day One Job does exactly that.  You’ll find in-depth profiles of companies that hire recent college graduates for entry level jobs, along with resources where you’ll be able to get even more information.  By the way, these are all the types of companies where you’ll want to work, rather than the same old jobs that are listed in multiple job banks.

If you need help getting started on an entry level job search, here’s more information on writing resumes and cover letters, using your career services office, and job search tips for college grads.
